Dear Staff, I am trying to locate the very owner/operator of the newish custom-made food truck that we visited yesterday on the main road heading north to Fruitlands (we were in the area as we toured the Teviot Valley garage sale trail). The food truck was situated on the west side of the road and I remember that the young mum-proprietor of the food truck’s mother just had a hip replacement and her father was selling items in the nextdoor barn for a friend. The food truck proprietor homeschooled her daughter, Skye, and Skye helped her grandfather in the barn along with a lovely lady from Switzerland. All the people were so kind to my husband and me. I should have gotten the name and contact details of such nice people so I am hoping that you can provide me their details or give them mine so that the mum can contact me. I told Skye and the lady from Switzerland how to make a rosebud necklace. The proprietor explained that all food trucks are licensed by area, but I could not know what area would license a truck in Central. Please advise.
